For God (point fingers upward)
so loved (make a heart with your fingers)
the world (draw a large circle with your arms, from bottom to top)
that He (point fingers upward)
gave His (extend both hands outward, as if you are offering a gift)
one and only Son (move your arms into the shape of a cross)

[Part II]
that whoever believes in Him  (tap your heart)
shall not perish (shake your fingers as if to say 'no')
but have eternal life. (slowly raise both arms up in praise!)
